During her tenure in executive government positions, Jeira not only directed complex public finances but also championed strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives across numerous high-level executive teams and a substantial workforce of over 100 individuals. This direct engagement has equipped her with an exceptional understanding of the critical elements that drive organizational achievement.
Jeira's strategic acumen is evidenced by her direct leadership in initiatives that reversed years of delays in financial statement issuances, navigating intricate government-wide financial operations within a challenging environment that included bankruptcy proceedings and over 70 independent government entities. Furthermore, she managed the reorganization of a critical public finance area responsible for government-wide financial operations, encompassing structural changes and the creation of new roles.
